About the Role

The objective of this role is to set up our Appraisers and Clients for success. You will achieve this through proactive order management, designed to reduce turnaround time, reduce unnecessary incoming calls, and enhance our Appraiser and Client experience. As an Appraiser Success Specialist, you are driven by collective success and are naturally personable, professional, and collaborative. You will work closely and build effective relationships with our Appraisal Firms and Appraisers to minimize the delays and expedite in-progress appraisal orders.

You will add value by
- Proactively managing the lifecycle of in-progress orders by working closely with Appraisal firms and Appraisers on: o Ensuring that Appraisers are setting up appointments and delivering the report back within established service level agreements
- Obtaining all the necessary information Appraisers require to complete the order
- Adding detailed portal notes on steps taken to expedite the order and keep clients informed
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Appraisal firms and Appraisers, building RPS as a trusted brand
- Completing the necessary amount of outbound calls to appraisers and lenders to obtain required information and documents
- Always looking for opportunities to improve processes
- Utilizing all available tools to do the work **Participating in any other Success Team supporting activities**

About you
- Fluently bilingual (written and verbal) in French and English
- Customer Obsessed - You understand our appraisers and clients, anticipate their needs and strive to exceed the customers’ expectations
- Interpersonal Skills - You can develop and maintain positive relationships and facilitate constructive interactions
- Active listening skills - You listen to the underlying message(s) and are open to feedback **Critical thinker - You determine client needs and the best course of action and think differently to creatively resolve challenges**:

- Technology - knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (primarily Word, Outlook, and Excel)

Education / Experience - High School or College or University; minimum of 1 - 3 years customer service experience in a call centre environment an asset

Other Information:
Hours: Full time maximum of 35 hours per week

Eligible for benefits, RRSP vacation, and personal days, health & wellness subsidy
