The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for ensuring data accuracy across all platforms, as well as communicating internally and externally - answering and escalating requests, issues and feedback. As a Customer Experience Associate, you must have a strong knowledge of sports, excellent communication skills and be tech-savvy.

**Typical Work Day at theScore**:

- Ensure we are delivering accurate and timely scores, stats, odds and news across all leagues and tournaments on all platforms.
- Recognize and escalate urgent issues as appropriate.
- Provide support for users sending feedback, asking questions, or having difficulty with any of our products.
- Conduct quality assurance for new leagues and features.
- Data entry (e.g. update sports TV listings, MMA results, etc.).
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary degree or close to completion.
- Experience in customer service.
- Extensive sports knowledge, particularly with regards to the four major professional sports leagues.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Must be computer savvy.
- Experience using iPhone and Android devices on the daily basis.
- Knowledge of esports is considered an asset.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
