Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
  • Identify opportunities to promote products and services to clients, ensuring that they are aware of the full range of banking options available to them.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset.
