**The Role**

The Customer Experience Associate role will be the face of the company to the customers and will be responsible for answering any incoming calls, entering, tracking, and tracing orders when required.

**Your Impact**
- Answers incoming calls for orders and inquiries.
- Provides detailed product information to customers.
- Creating new and repeat sales and orders.
- Makes outgoing sales calls.
- Use various online portals to input and log orders along with retrieving passwords.
- Create price lists and files that will be used to follow-up with customers through Excel and Word.
- Communicates with shipping, accounts receivers and transport companies to ensure delivery requirements are met.
- Conducts investigation into customer complaints.
- Works safely and follows legislated and established safe work procedures and practices.
- Other duties as assigned in adherence to the JVF GMP policies.

**About You**
- You have excellent problem-solving to identify and resolve customers complaints.
- Genuine passion for continuous learning and development
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- You have 1 year of experience in Customer Experience Associate/ Order Desk.
- High school graduate
