Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Growth Media Marketing Director to lead our search, paid social, and affiliate channels outside the US market. This pivotal role will drive our digital marketing efforts, maximizing performance and member growth across multiple channels. As the expert in the field, this role will be operating as the hub & spoke model for the US center of excellence in bringing best practices to new and emerging markets such as the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid performance marketing strategies tailored to the UK market, encompassing search, paid social, and affiliate channels.- Support and direct a high-performing cross-functional team responsible for campaign ideation, execution, optimization, and analysis, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and KPIs.- Drive growth and acquisition through strategic management of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and landing page optimization.- Oversee the development and implementation of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, ROKT, and more, leveraging audience targeting and creative optimization to maximize results.- Manage affiliate marketing initiatives, cultivating and nurturing relationships with key partners to expand our reach and drive incremental revenue.- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to continually optimize campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align paid performance marketing efforts with broader business strategies.- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating new opportunities into our marketing approach as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with a focus on search, paid social, and affiliate channels.- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, particularly in the context of e-commerce or consumer-focused industries.- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, affiliate networks, and analytics platforms.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail and e-commerce business, and KPIs required- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.- Effective at prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer technology or retail sectors.
