**Job Details**:
**Position Title**: IT Talent Support Coordinator
**Status**: PT Admin, 1year
**Hours**:24hrs/week
**Faculty/Department**: Information Technology Services
**Campus/Location**:North Campus - Hybrid model (a mix of home and in-office workdays)
**Minimum Starting Salary**:$34.36/hr

**Education**
**Experience/Skills**
- 3-5 years of work experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- The ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to gather and maintain accurate data on recruitment activities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Experience in a unionized, public-sector environment is also an asset, as is experience in education.
