DestaWed started with a vision to make it easier for South Asian couples to plan weddings abroad. We understand that it can be an overwhelming process to coordinate and design multiple events remotely, so we take care of planning everything from start to finish.

With our experienced travel and décor specialists, DestaWed is an all-in-one destination wedding agency creating one of a kind experience for your special day.

With locations in Toronto, Vancouver, Houston and London, our experienced specialists are available to help with all planning, decorating and travel needs.

Our team takes care of all the planning and communication with resort representatives and vendors to ensure the day runs smoothly. We value our clients and work hard to make sure they are stress-free and completely satisfied.

This role is based out of our Brampton office. Monday to Friday (10AM-6PM)

**Role: Account Manager - Group Travel**

**Role Description**:

- Manage wedding group booking and track all travel payment deadlines
- Providing excellent guest service to every single guests who has made a reservation with Destawed
- Manage all requests from guests related to resorts, accessibility, rooming types, etc. to make them comfortable to secure their reservation
- Coordinate with accounting to make sure all payments are paid and complied.
- Cross-reference all e-documents against the Master Rooming List to ensure correct travel & accommodation is booked
- Distribution of all e-documents and relevant documents to group guests
- Data entry of all travel bookings
- Assisting with hotel and airport transfer requests
- Completing the daily task list sent out by management
- Working collectively on productivity and efficiency with department colleagues and managers for a better guest experience

**What we are looking for**:

- Exceptional Customer service
- Travel, Tourism or Hospitality experience is mandatory.
- A self-starter with a high level of motivation and an ability to thrive with mínimal supervision
- Enjoys working in a demanding, fast-paced work environment
- Highly self-motivated and independent
- Able to perform well and problem solve in a high stress, dynamic and changing situations
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage a high volume of work easily
- Positive and professional attitude and able to work as a team player
- Excellent time management, organization and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to take initiative
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Google Drive

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
