We specialize in all things iceless curling, one of the fastest growing sports worldwide, accessible to all ages and abilities. Rock Solid Productions is looking for an **entry-level account manager** to join us at a ground level as we grow iceless curling, getting us closer to our goal of global curling domination

**A bit about us**:
**Ready to **_**sweep**_ **us off our feet? As part of our team, you will**:

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all post-sale customer account management matters
- Ensure the client has all documentation pertaining to their purchased product
- Assist with client questions, requests or issue escalations as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities
- Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
- Assist with occasional in-person events
- Have the opportunity to grow the role into a sales and business development position
- Help in various other aspects of the business if needed (since we are a small team

**You’re perfect for this role if you**:

- Have prior experience in customer service, account management, and/or sales
- Excel in verbal and written communication skills
- Are comfortable working with CRM software (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Can handle multiple client accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Are not afraid to cold call if needed. What we do is amazing, but most of the world doesn’t know about it - yet.
- Are cool to work remotely with frequent team meetings in the Greater Toronto Area.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
