Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain employee records
- Utilize accounting software to record and analyze financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a monthly basis
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions
- Ensure all remittances for HST, Payroll, EHT, WSIB, Union and any other regular payments are processed as per schedules
- Provide year end working papers for the accountant

Qualifications:

- Proven minimum 7 years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- College diploma or certificate in accounting/bookkeeping preferred
- Proficiency in Sage 100 (or Sage 50)
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $39,038.45-$65,668.94 per year
