About Nimonik

Established in 2008,Nimonik inc. is a growing Montréal based company that sits at the intersection of law, web technology and industrial operations. We offer services to mining, manufacturing, real estate management and other business to help them manage their environmental, health and safety legal obligations.

Professionals from around the world in a variety of industries rely on Nimonik’s software to keep their operations compliant to law and standards. Our apps, available on the web, iPad and iPhone, is used in over 25 countries. Our annual subscriptions vary in prices from $ 1200 to $300 000 per year and our typical client is a medium or large business with a physical factory, complex operation or industrial site. To help propel our growth to the next level, we are looking to hire a sales representative.

You will be working with a senior sales person who has successfully closed deals over the past few months and with the CEO who has closed many deals. We have an existing leads database of nearly 100,000 people and 10 - 20 daily trial account sign ups, which you will be responsible for up selling with your team. You will not be doing cold calls, only warm leads.

Working out of our Montreal office, you will be responsible sales and business development in a variety of sectors. Your duties will include:

- Prepare proposals and quotes; and
- You will not be required to travel.

**Qualifications**
- No experience in sales or business development required
- Preferably a university degree
- Proven ability to communicate effectively,
- Inside sales experience a strong asset,
- Fluency in French is preferred; fluency in English and other languages is required.

**Salary**
- $40,000 + Commission (expected total earnings of $65,000 in first year, $95,000 in second year)

**Description du poste**

Vous travaillerez avec un commercial senior qui a conclu avec succès des affaires au cours des derniers mois et avec le PDG qui a conclu de nombreuses affaires. Nous disposons d'une base de données de prospects de près de 100 000 personnes et de 10 à 20 inscriptions quotidiennes à des comptes d'essai, que vous serez chargé de vendre avec votre équipe. Vous ne ferez pas d'appels à froid, mais seulement des appels à chaud.

Travaillant à partir de notre bureau de Montréal, vous serez responsable des ventes et du développement des affaires dans une variété de secteurs. Vos tâches seront les suivantes
- Faire des appels téléphoniques, envoyer des courriels et organiser des webinaires avec des clients potentiels ;
- Préparer des propositions et des devis ; et
- Vous n'aurez pas à voyager.

**Qualifications**
- Aucune expérience dans le domaine de la vente ou du développement commercial n'est requise.
Diplôme universitaire de préférence
- Capacité avérée à communiquer efficacement,
- Une expérience de la vente interne est un atout,
- La maîtrise du français est souhaitée ; la maîtrise de l'anglais et d'autres langues est requise.

**Salaire**
- 40 000 $ + commission (revenus totaux prévus de 65 000 $ la première année, 95 000 $ la deuxième année)
