As a Junior Sales Associate reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and expanding our client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. You'll be instrumental in driving sales growth and fostering brand loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and allegiance to our brand.
- Devise and implement strategies to enhance sales within current accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify and onboard new accounts strategically, targeting retailers aligned with our brand values and target market.
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover new business prospects and stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and support for account management initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Represent FDJ French Dressing Jeans at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our products, networking with potential clients, and staying abreast of market developments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to drive sales.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and think creatively to prospect new opportunities.
- Proficiency in Excel and Momentis is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

En tant qu'Associé(e) aux Ventes Junior relevant du Directeur des Ventes, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le soutien et l'expansion de nos relations avec les clients tout en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales. Vous serez un élément essentiel pour stimuler la croissance des ventes et favoriser la fidélité à la marque.

Responsabilités Principales:

- Cultiver et entretenir des relations avec les comptes existants, en veillant à leur satisfaction et à leur fidélité à notre marque.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour améliorer les ventes auprès des comptes actuels, en identifiant des opportunités de vente croisée et de vente incitative.
- Identifier et intégrer de nouveaux comptes de manière stratégique, en ciblant des détaillants alignés sur nos valeurs de marque et notre marché cible.
- Effectuer une recherche approfondie sur le marché pour découvrir de nouvelles perspectives commerciales et rester informé des tendances de l'industrie, des préférences des consommateurs et des activités des concurrents.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes, notamment les Ventes, le Marketing et le Développement de Produits, pour assurer l'alignement et le soutien des initiatives de gestion des comptes.
- Suivre les métriques de performance des ventes et générer des rapports réguliers pour suivre les progrès, identifier les domaines d'amélioration et guider la prise de décision stratégique.
- Représenter FDJ French Dressing Jeans lors de salons professionnels et d'événements de l'industrie, en présentant nos produits, en réseautant avec des clients potentiels et en restant informé des développements du marché.

Qualifications:

- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'établir des liens avec les clients.
- Très organisé(e) et soucieux(se) du détail, capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Penseur stratégique avec un bon œil pour identifier les opportunités de vente.
- Autonome et proactif(ve), avec une capacité démontrée à prendre des initiatives et à penser de manière créative pour prospecter de nouvelles opportunités.
