**Position Summary**:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for the prompt and accurate submission of warranty related claims, systems processing, document management.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Service department, including scheduling, data entry, system maintenance, inventory management, and dealer communication.
- Qualify and process service requests by working with Service Manager
- Prepare detailed work order for service technician and assist with ensuring optimization of the technician’s daily appointments
- Communicate with dealers and homeowners to schedule an in-home service repair once parts are ready
- Maintain and update all service tracking and other departmental spreadsheets
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements to maintain service authorizations
- Report metrics on dealer performance and internal Service Delivery KPIs including turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and quality
- Be a focal point of communication between vendors and internal resources to ensure best-in-class outcomes for our customers
- Manage internal administration process to ensure that customers’ warranty entitlements are accurate in system
- Other tasks as required

**Knowledge & Skill Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and people skills and a passion for delivering a best-in-class service experience
- Must be an innovative thinker, detailed oriented, adaptable and exhibit strong leadership skills with prior experience working in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- 3-5 years of previous experience in B2B customer service, sales or vendor management role
- High level of organizational aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking ability and ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Dependable, self-starter
- Team oriented contributor with a solution driven, results oriented approach
- Speak, read and write English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word
