We are a growing fast paced company at the forefront of E-Commerce and Manufacturing. We have our own website, sell on Amazon, Ebay. We drop-ship, do retail arbitrage, private label and our own product Design and Production. We import and export from USA as well as other parts of the world.

Our team is expanding and we are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant/Quality Controller to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to administrative/warehouse duties.

Works closely with CEO and Management for onsite and offsite activities.

You will perform business and personal tasks as required by the executive team.

Warehouse duties might include:
This person is responsible for accurately relaying and performing assigned warehouse tasks from management. This includes, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, tube cutting, assembly, as well as housekeeping of assigned areas.

Complies with operational, audit, safety and all other company policies.

Possesses a required understanding of job tasks assigned.

Administrative tasks may include:
Graphic design and Google Analytic's experience considered an asset.

**Salary**: From $17.25 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
