**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding client service leading to repeat business
- Taking calls by priority & dispatching accurate information to technician
- Operating the CRM software to process invoices and organize calls
- Inventory management
- Key cutting and lock preparation
- Communicate knowledge to clients, allowing them to make informed decisions
- Identify solutions to complex problems through collaboration, communication and creative thinking
- Ability to maintain client files with accurate record keeping
- Maintain a professional appearance
