We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our team. This role will initially start as a work-from-home position, but will transition to working from office located in Barrie, the new hire will be required to work on-site from 8 AM to 5 PM. Additionally, availability after hours is necessary to support any employees who may need assistance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize KMP dispatch software to effectively schedule service technicians and manage customer emergency and non-emergency requests.
- Communicate clearly with service technicians and customers to ensure seamless execution of services.
- Maintain and update schedules, informing customers of timelines for job completion.
- Ensure daily updates on work order status by collaborating closely with service technicians.
- Obtain and process purchase orders (POs) for all work orders, either prior to or after job completion.
- Coordinate with office personnel to order necessary parts for upcoming jobs, ensuring successful execution.
- Notify technicians and customers of any changes in scheduling promptly.
- Monitor health and safety compliance by overseeing training portals for technicians.
- Update customers with WSIB and insurance certificates as required.
- Facilitate communication of vital information, including customer orders and service requests, to ensure efficient operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in dispatch or a similar role.
- Proficient in dispatch software; experience with KMP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is preferred.
