To support our continued growth, **Surgmed Group** is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated **Marketing Coordinator** to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the **Marketing Manager** and team to support existing marketing initiatives while helping to develop and implement new strategies and tactics.

**Vos principales responsabilités**
- **Stratégie de contenu et SEO**: Développer du contenu pour améliorer le SEO et générer du trafic sur le site web, en se concentrant sur des mots-clés ciblés. Utiliser diverses plateformes numériques pour engager les professionnels de l'industrie et soutenir les efforts B2B.
- **Marketing par courriel**: Concevoir et exécuter des campagnes courriel via **HubSpot**, en optimisant l’engagement grâce à des tests A/B, la segmentation et l’analyse des performances. Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur.
- **Design graphique et image de marque**: Créer des visuels attrayants (logos, emballages, publicités) en assurant la cohérence de la marque et le respect des normes **ISO**. Produire du contenu dynamique pour les campagnes B2B et en ligne.
- **Production de contenu visuel**: Planifier, filmer et éditer des photos et vidéos de haute qualité pour les supports marketing, en veillant à l’accessibilité du contenu et à sa pertinence pour divers publics. Créer des modèles réutilisables pour les campagnes.
- **Site web et publicité numérique**: Gérer le site **WordPress**, l’optimiser pour le SEO, et exécuter des campagnes Google Ads et numériques. Analyser le comportement des utilisateurs pour améliorer l’expérience client et affiner les stratégies numériques.
- **Collaboration interéquipes**: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de ventes, opérations et autres départements pour aligner les initiatives marketing, soutenir les lancements de produits et développer du contenu destiné aux clients.
- **Analyses et données**: Analyser les performances des campagnes, suivre le **ROI** et fournir des recommandations concrètes pour optimiser les campagnes B2B et améliorer l’efficacité marketing globale.
- **Adaptation de contenu à l’international**: Localiser le contenu pour les marchés internationaux, en assurant sa pertinence culturelle et linguistique. Collaborer avec les équipes pour cibler des régions spécifiques et élargir la portée de la marque.
- **Marketing événementiel**: Concevoir des visuels pour les salons et événements, coordonner la logistique, et exploiter le contenu post-événement pour maintenir l’engagement. Soutenir la génération de prospects et les activités sur site.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**
- **Content & SEO Strategy**: Develop content to enhance SEO and drive website traffic, focusing on targeted keywords. Utilize some digital platforms to engage with industry professionals and support B2B efforts.
- **Graphic Design & Branding**: Create visually engaging assets (logos, packaging, ads) ensuring brand consistency and alignment with ISO standards. Produce dynamic content for B2B and online campaigns.
- **Visual Content Production**: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing materials, ensuring content is accessible and supports diverse audiences. Create reusable templates for campaigns.
- **Website & Digital Advertising**: Manage WordPress website, optimize for SEO, and execute Google Ads and digital campaigns. Analyze user behavior to improve the user experience and refine digital strategies.
- **Collaboration Across Teams**: Work closely with sales, operations and other departments to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives, support product launches, and develop customer-facing content.
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Analyze performance data, track ROI, and provide actionable insights to optimize B2B campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
- **Global Content Adaptation**: Localize content for international markets, ensuring cultural relevance and language accuracy. Collaborate with teams to target specific regions and expand brand reach.
- **Event Marketing**: Design graphics for tradeshows and events, coordinate event logistics, and leverage post-event content for continued engagement. Support lead generation and on-site activities.
