As an Ecommerce Manager with Web Development and Marketing skills, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between our internal team and the third-party web development company. Your responsibilities include maintaining the website’s functionality and enhancing the user experience. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the extended team to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across various digital channels, analyze website traffic, and create engaging content that educates consumers about our products. Your knowledge of the Magento 2 environment coupled with your leadership will be key to the success of our business.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Liaison and Project Execution:

- Act as the primary point of contact between our internal team and the third-party web development company.
- Ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.

2. Website Maintenance and Enhancement:

- Work closely with developers to address technical issues and implement improvements.
- Enhance the user experience by optimizing website functionality.

3. Marketing Strategy and Content Creation:

- Analyze website traffic and user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities.

4. Product Launch:

- Coordinate new product requests and launches.
- Work on pricing strategy

5. E-commerce Trends:

- Stay informed about e-commerce trends and technologies.

6. Budget Collaboration:

- Assist in developing annual sales and promotional budgets

**Profile / Requirements**
- A bachelor’s degree in web development, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field provides a solid foundation.

a. Courses in web development, digital marketing, user experience (UX), and content creation are valuable.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Magento 2 Enterprise is important or equivalent.
- Understanding of the retail industry in a similar product category would be a plus.

**Qualifications and competencies**
- Bilingual French and English
- Self-motivated and driven to meet deadlines and defined objectives
- Ability to interact with other team members in a positive manner
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proactive and highly adaptable with a positive team spirit
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, and AI platforms
