**Your responsibilities**

**Product Management Support**
- Assist the Product Manager in all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to commercialization;
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and product documentation for internal and external stakeholders;
- Manage product-related documentation, including product specifications, pricing information, and SKU lists;
- Provide administrative support to the Product Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights within the footwear industry;
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market reports to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and new initiatives;
- Assist in preparing market analysis reports and presentations to inform product strategy and decision-making.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution;
- Support the coordination of product launches, including developing marketing materials, coordinating inventory planning, and facilitating sales training;
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to facilitate communication and ensure timely execution of product initiatives.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, merchandising, or related roles, preferably in the footwear industry;
- Passion for footwear and a keen interest in market trends and consumer behavior;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

**Responsabilités principales**

**Soutien à la gestion des produits**
- Assister le chef de produit dans tous les aspects du cycle de développement du produit, depuis l'idéation du concept jusqu'à la commercialisation;
- Aider à la préparation des présentations, des rapports et de la documentation sur les produits pour les parties prenantes internes et externes;
- Gérer la documentation relative aux produits, y compris les spécifications des produits, les informations sur les prix et les listes UGS;
- Fournir un soutien administratif au chef de produit, notamment en planifiant les réunions, en préparant les ordres du jour et en rédigeant les procès-verbaux des réunions.

**Études et analyses de marché**
- Réaliser des études de marché pour identifier les tendances émergentes, les préférences des consommateurs et les informations sur la concurrence dans le secteur de la chaussure;
- Analyser les données de vente, les commentaires des clients et les rapports de marché afin de fournir des informations et des recommandations pour l'amélioration des produits et de nouvelles initiatives;
- Participer à la préparation de rapports d'analyse de marché et de présentations pour éclairer la stratégie et la prise de décision en matière de produits.

**Collaboration interfonctionnelle**
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris la conception, le marketing, les ventes et les opérations, afin d'assurer l'alignement de la stratégie et de l'exécution des produits;
- Soutenir la coordination des lancements de produits, notamment en élaborant des outils de marketing, en coordonnant la planification des stocks et en facilitant la formation des vendeurs;
- Assurer la liaison entre les équipes internes et les fournisseurs externes pour faciliter la communication et garantir l'exécution en temps réel des initiatives relatives aux produits.
