The Manager, Undergraduate Records, manages the undergraduate records and enrollment process by supervising support staff team and ensuring records and enrollment decisions adhere to Senate-mandated policies in alignment with the strategic enrollment plan. The Manager is responsible for overseeing, approving, administering, and assisting with operational and tactical improvements for undergraduate records. The role develops and delivers workshops, presentations, and training session regarding Senate-mandated records and enrollment policies, practices and procedures. In collaboration with the supervisor, the Manager develops, plans, implements and evaluates records and enrollment strategies in order to meet University enrollment objectives and ensure the proper creation, maintenance, and long-term retention of undergraduate student academic records.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and three years of related experience in a post-secondary environment, managing staff, conducting policy audits and program administration, enrollment management, and/or systems development; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent knowledge of University policies and regulations related to student admission, academic programming, academic advising and services.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian and international secondary and post-secondary education systems.
- Proficient in the use of enterprise level information systems (e.g., OnBase, PeopleSoft, Tableau, Salesforce, OnBase).
- Excellent analytical, computational, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise mature judgment, diplomacy and have strong interpersonal skills - must be tactful and articulate in dealing with faculty, staff, and students in a multi-cultural context.
- Excellent presentation, communication and intercultural communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgement with a high level of diplomacy and discretion.
- Ability to supervise staff.
- Ability to work independently and effectively.
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
