**Role Responsibilities**:

- Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the group and each business unit.
- Draft MD&A
- Reconcile and manage intercompany balances and transactions.
- Perform financial due diligence of acquisitions.
- Prepare financial information for auditors
- Prepare financial model and forecast
- Prepare and monitor group financial budget
- Work with bank and financial advisors
- Other work assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of public accounting experience including financial reporting for public companies
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and corporate finance
- M&A experience an asset
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Great team player
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Computer literacy and Excel skills
- Self motivated and enthusiasm to learn
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Business travelling required

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
