**Pfizer Canada** is looking to hire a talented summer student to support project management and execution of external communications activities for the Corporate Affairs team. Our team is looking for a proactive, energetic student that has completed at least the first year of university and is interested in working with a passionate team of colleagues from various cross-functional backgrounds across the organization. In this role, you will be exposed to the development and implementation of various external initiatives/campaigns to communicate about Pfizer Canada’s corporate initiatives to the public.

**Core Responsibilities**:
- Support the Corporate Affairs team in preparation of external campaigns, content creation (video and social media posts) and scheduling on our social media management platform (Sprinklr);
- Aid in the organization of events and meetings with community investment team (volunteer events, etc );
- Assist with project management-related activities (meeting notes, action items, etc.).
**Qualifications/Skills**:
- Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 tools;
- Experience working with photo and video editing software (such as Canva);
- Strong written communications skills required;
- Bilingualism required (English & French);
- University studies in a communications-based field.
**Special requirements for this position**:
- Must be currently enrolled and have completed at least one year of University by May 2023
- Must be enrolled in a full-time program for the upcoming year (September 2023)
- Legally able to work in Canada
This position will be performed in a hybrid work environment, in the office 2-3 days per week with the ability to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
