**Pfizer Canada** is looking to hire a talented summer student to support diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) efforts in the organization. Our team is looking for a proactive, energetic student that has completed at least the 1st year of University and is interested in working with a passionate team of colleagues from various cross-functional backgrounds across the organization. In this role, you will be exposed to the development and implementation of various internal and external initiatives/campaigns to elevate the importance of DE&I across Pfizer Canada.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Support DE&I Community of Practice work streams in preparation of internal awareness campaigns;
- Conduct research on the evolution of DE&I initiatives nationally and globally;
- Assist with project management-related activities (meeting notes, action items, etc);
- Assist with important internal and external DE&I-related days/events;
- Support the team with social media development and content;
- Support ad hoc projects for the Community of Practice.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Enrolled in a university program in an appropriate discipline (marketing or another relevant field);
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision;
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, teamwork and time management skills are essential;
- Highly motivated self-starter who can multitask, prioritize, and respond to changing work activities on tight deadlines;
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and collaborative working style;
- Social media savvy;
- Results-driven attitude;
- Bilingualism is an asset.

**Special requirements for this position**:

- Must be currently enrolled and have completed at least one year of University by May 2023
- Must be enrolled in a full-time program for the upcoming year (September 2023)
- Legally able to work in Canada
