L’Agent(e) de Conformité (étudiant(e) d’été) sera responsable d’agir en tant que partenaire clef des Services Financiers Commerciaux pour le suivi des calculs de la valeur d’emprunt et des engagements financiers signées avec nos clients. Vous faciliterez l’exécution efficace des procédures pour les clients commerciaux avec des prêts < $1 MM. Finalement, Vous fournirez un soutien aux Services financiers commerciaux (SFC) pour la saisie des données des états financiers qui vont être utilisés à des fins d’analyse financière, administrative et opérationnelle.

**Quelles seront vos tâches?**
- Effectuer les calcul de la valeur d’emprunt et des engagements financiers.
- Offrir des services de qualité uniforme, en respectant les normes établies servant au respect des engagements en service clientèle (ESC) de l'entreprise
- Saisie des données des États Financiers annuels des clients commerciaux dans l’outil FSS pour une analyse plus approfondie
- Assumer la responsabilité de la résolution des problèmes des clients.
- Examiner les transactions, les rapports et les documents pour assurer le respect des politiques et procédures de risque et de conformité

**Exigences**
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) parlé et écrit requis, car vous ferez régulièrement affaire avec des partenaires partout au Canada.
- Solide compréhension des états financiers de l’entreprise
- Expérience de l’analyse des états financiers
- Travailler bien avec les chiffres et avoir une grande attention aux détails
- Ëtre capable de travailler du lundi au vendredi, de 8:30 à 17:00

**Atouts**
- Expérience en affaires et en gestion des risques
- Études envers un diplôme en affaires, finance, comptabilité ou expérience de travail dans le domaine de service bancaire commerciale
