Service Manager

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise and lead the service team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality automotive repair services.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to dealership policies.
- Collaborate with mechanics to diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services or repairs.
- Implement upselling strategies to promote additional services and products to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Train and mentor service staff on best practices in customer interaction and technical skills.
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Previous Service experience in a dealership setting is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- Service Advisor or Management: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
