**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead team with greeting and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing at checkout.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and service excellence.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in hotel setting, hospitality and guest services is manditory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is manditory.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls efficiently.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.

Pay: $47,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
