**Fast growing, technology company** is looking for a smart, driven, resourceful, organized, and meticulous person to coordinate projects, involving high end automated vending units and smart lockers for corporate, retail and entrepreneurial companies. You will be working with engineers, software developers, logistics staff and other staff internally. You would need to be proactive, intuitive, detail-oriented, creative, analytical, and have a strong technical aptitude. Signifi Solutions design and develops unique solutions that are used by retailers and corporate customers to either sell products or manage assets. We are a 17-year-old company, with fortune 500 customers all over the world. Our primary focus is to increase revenues for our clients while creating exciting customer experiences. We develop elegant, functional, and highly technical automated retail experiences for customers.

- Basic knowledge and understanding of the technology
- Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Project Management software is an asset

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set-up projects and project files - Help to keep projects on track by setting up project tasks and monitoring their execution
- Liaise with customer and other staff to move the project forward
- Keep track of production of customers products, to getting the units to the locations
- Communicate with customer and coordinate with engineers, developer to coordinate and support projects
- Generate periodic sales forecasts, and project status reports
- Support sales staff if required
- Answering phones when necessary
- A background in account manangement is desireable
