**Visier is seeking an exceptional People Operations Manager - someone excited about elevating our current practices, being a trusted advisor, and leading special projects. This role leads people systems, processes and program management including internal mobility, HR technology, and day-to-day HR services. Touching every aspect of the employee experience, you'll work with a talented team to drive the integrated delivery and scalability of our HR programs and services.**:
**What you'll be doing...**:

- Manage day-to-day operational processes and lead specific projects related to HR Operations, technology, policies, and practices.
- Improve and manage the 'hire to retire' processes (e.g. job offers, onboarding, internal mobility, salary changes, learning opportunities, leaves, terminations, retirement)
- Plan and coordinate the major annual processes (e.g. talent reviews, policy reviews, employee surveys)
- Be the operational owner of our HR tech stack (HRIS, Learning, ATS etc)
- Work with our worldwide co-employers (PEOs), professional services vendors, and external legal counsel, as well as our internal finance & payroll team.
- Contribute to the overall advancement of the HR team in how we support the business and employees.
- Manage other members of the People Operations team as they support our administrative operations, employee requests, benefits, policies and other matters.

**What you'll bring to the table...**:

- Hands-on experience in managing the day-to-day of HR, as well as the annual processes.
- A desire to use people analytics (and Visier) as part of how HR leads and supports decisions.
- A hands-on attitude with a desire to mentor others - you will be joining a small and very capable team, and we look to learn from each other.
- A process improvement mindset that can connect 'how' data is collected during the employee lifecycle with modern people analytics.
- A point of view on what a good, integrated employee experience looks like, and the will to move from vision to action.
- Good independent sense and financial acumen to make sure that HR decisions are good business decisions.
- A growth mindset and the agility to adapt quickly to changes. We're growing quickly and this role is critical to helping us move quickly.
- Fearless with technology - You are excited to get your hands on new systems and are able to figure out any kind of software.
- Good 'data' sense. You might not be accountant, but you have an eye for detail and are good with analysizing data.
- You can quickly map processes, build project plans, and ask the right questions of stakeholders to understand what's most important.
- Knowledge of the major differences of employment between Canada, United States, and the UK/EU - and experience operating in at least Canada plus one of the other locations.
- Awareness of legal implications - including how to operate in ambiguity, where to maintain compliance, and where to accept risk.
- Demonstrated history of being flexible and moving quickly - Your ability to provide and receive candid feedback in real-time, resilience, and hyper-organization ensure you can pivot quickly while maintaining the trust of your peers.
