- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
- Document and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide effective support.
- Meet performance targets and call handling metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
