**Responsabilités**:

- Traiter, rapprocher et vérifier les données pour s'assurer de leur conformité aux procédures réglementaires, les divergences de comptabilisation et aviser le supérieur immédiat de toute irrégularité
- Traiter les demandes de versement et de gel de fonds provenant du Curateur public
- Traiter les demandes de versement (PTR, de Revenu Québec et l'ARC), les demandes d'information (DI), les avis d'exécution (AE) selon les normes de la banque et livrer l'information du client à l'organisme gouvernemental approprié
- Traiter les ordres de fabrication, les citations à comparaître, les demandes d'avocat conformément aux accords sur les niveaux de service et aux procédures de la banque
- Analyser la validité des demandes de versement avec les vieux comptes DS
- Servir de point de contact pour les organismes gouvernementaux pour toute demande de renseignement liée aux demandes gouvernementales, au Curateur public et aux ordonnances
- Regrouper les relevés pour tout type de produit bancaire
- Contribuer au suivi précis des dossiers pour les rapports de gestion
- Effectuer des recherches et répondre aux demandes de renseignement de clients externes et de partenaires d’affaires internes
- Résoudre les transferts au palier supérieur et communiquer directement avec les succursales, les avocats, les huissiers et les entités gouvernementales
- Participer au partage d'information entre les membres de l'équipe pour s'assurer que les problèmes sont résolus systématiquement et aussi rapidement que possible
- Préparer différents documents (lettres, notes, rapports, fichiers informatiques) dans des délais très serrés et à l'aide de différentes sources
- Formuler des recommandations pour améliorer les processus de travail
- Accomplir toute tâche de même nature ou d'ordre général demandée par ses supérieurs immédiats ou exigée dans le cadre de ses fonctions

**Qualifications**
- Éducation postsecondaire dans une discipline connexe
- Au moins un an d'expérience dans une banque/société de fiducie
- Est coopératif et travaille en équipe
- Souci du détail, minutieux
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps
- Solides aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, y compris Excel, PowerPoint et Windows
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes de bases de données financières complexes et de grande envergure; capacité à assimiler les fonctions d’interrogation et de gestion des systèmes de traitement administratifs, des atouts
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais), indispensable
