**Duties**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist customers with software installation, updates, and configuration
- Provide guidance on network connectivity, LAN setup, and firewall configuration
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience in desktop support and remote assistance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10)
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems is a plus
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networks and network protocols
- Ability to diagnose and resolve software-related issues
- Familiarity with remedy ticketing system is preferred

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
