E-commerce / IT Help Desk

Develop strong understanding of internal merchandising and web systems to troubleshoot merchandising system/process issues.
Timely execution of website banners for impacted pages - product category pages, homepage, and promotional pages.
Creating and managing product listings on company erp system
Along with product team, write compelling product descriptions, optimizing images, and ensuring listings are SEO-friendly to maximize visibility and sales.
Entering and maintaining accurate data records in Excel spreadsheets.
Providing support in various e-commerce tasks as needed, including customer service, order processing, and inventory management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issue
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
- Set up and maintain LAN networks
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve technology processes
Requirement:
Tech-savvy with excellent familiarity with PC and web/internet search
Familiar with copying writing product through apps/software
Good understanding of listing inventory to online sales platform
Excellent command of English/Chinese both oral and written
Critical thinker
Team player
Good time-management skills
**Some of what you need**:
Completion of post-secondary education with focus on ecommerce/IT or related experience.
Working knowledge of web site structure and functionality.
Experience with Content management/ Enterprise resource planning systems
Strong analytic skills using Omniture and Google analytics.
1-3 years of website operations management.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 - 45 per week
