Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote and onsite support to end-users for hardware and software applications.
  • Support all levels of incidents from Level 1 to Level 3 issues, as well as project-related work.
  • Directly interface with customers to assess reported problems and complete remediation steps.
  • Update user accounts, network and internet support, end-user hardware support, perform hardware refreshes and system updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum high school graduation required; completion of a post-secondary technical IT program preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT and client support experience.
  • Relevant system certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge and experience within an enterprise client environment, including applications, configuration, deployment, support, and Active Directory/Exchange account management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM platform, patch management, distribution point builds, application packaging and deployments, image standardization, and reporting.
