**Job Description**:

- Participate in recruitment events (i.e. Career Fairs, Open Houses)
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships internally to understand current and future workforce needs
- Be an ambassador of our brand and participate in events to improve our employer brand strategy around hiring and retention

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a talent acquisition role in a corporate environment
- Experience with high-volume recruitment
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources Management
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking systems
- Strong screening and interviewing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
