We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be focused onfinding and nurturing the best talent to drive organizational success, andis committed to enabling the clean energy transition. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will possess demonstrated expertise in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including recruiting for roles ranging from entry-level to senior positions, and assessing candidates for both technical and soft skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and adopt a strategic approach to develop a proactive talent pipeline, ensuring readiness and alignment with organizational needs.
Manage full-cycle recruitment process includingsourcing applicants, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and providing a shortlist to hiring managers
Provide subject matter expertise in recruitment for all departments, with the capability to coach hiring managers on the hiring process
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, ensuring a current and active talent pipeline
Keep accurate track of candidates and job openings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Excel
Develop and promote talent acquisition initiatives that enhance the quality and efficiency of Rodan’s recruitment processes
Post-Secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline
Experience working with an ATS and Excel
Knowledgeable about sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies
