**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for full cycle
accounts receivable for major accounts.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assess and resolve early and late-stage delinquent accounts.
- Actively problem solve with out customers with the goal of resolving and curing the account.
- Manage and stay on top of payments from key consumer accounts.
- Work with large scale retailers to provide payment resolution.
- Use multiple channels to handle, process, and receive payments.
- Maintain cordial relationships with customers to ensure payment commitments are met.
- Minimize loses and maximize returns.
- Properly document and track all facets of the Accounts Receivable process.
- Full cycle Accounts Receivable duties.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in problem solving, and decision making.
- A strong ability to multi-task.
- Independent and willing to work through various channels to find resolutions.
- Self guided and self motivated.
- Strong working knowledge of full cycle Accounts Receivable procedures.
- Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft office abilities (excel, outlook, word, etc.).
- Strong adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate and succeed in a team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Office environment. This is not a remote position, and the incumbent would be required to report to the office during working hours.
- The working area is expected to be organized, clean and well maintained.

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Overtime may be required. Hours can be flexible to
your needs, with approval.
