**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and savvy senior leader to help us mature and scale Agile & engineering practices throughout RBC. As a key collaborator within the Agile COE, you will bring your energy to engage and excite the communities you work with.

As a strong collaborator and communicator, you will be responsible at an enterprise level to build and support an Agile enabled, product centric delivery ecosystem with a focus on fostering relationships with partners across the enterprise.

Your role is key to furthering the transformation of various business units, corporate productivity improvements, enhanced delivery and quality, speed to market and increased customer satisfaction.

You will be successful in this role as a self-starter, an independent outside of the box thinker, and someone who has a learning mindset as it applies to emerging technologies and trends (including Gen AI).

**What will you do?**
- Create and deliver the overall strategy and approach to transform “ways of working” for various RBC business units
- Partner with business units to design and implement Agile transformation initiatives focused on driving business outcomes and optimized end-to-end delivery of product and services
- Engage in consulting, education, mentoring and coaching support at all levels to generate agile awareness and change mindset
- Provide hands-on coaching and consulting support to accelerate business value delivery and corporate productivity improvements by implementing best-in-class Agile and technical practices
- Establish and enable Objectives and Key Results that are aligned to RBC goals to show trend and progress
- Evolve the enterprise Agile standards, processes, roles and methodologies and related tools utilizing industry trends and emerging AI infused technologies
- Collaborate with the Agile COE and practitioners to build strong, self-reinforcing communities of practice across RBC
- Mentor delivery teams in Agile and technical best practices, encouraging the adoption of modern tools and technologies
- Prepares and delivers workshops to business and technology partners, senior management, and executives, selecting the appropriate approach based on the audience
- Define & implement Agile tooling ecosystem, usage standards and best practices to increase higher productivity

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**:

- Advanced knowledge of Agile principles, mindset and frameworks paired with technical acumen
- 10+ years of hands-on Agile delivery and/or Agile practitioner
- 5+ years on hands-on experience of implementing Scaled Agile transformation in a complex environment (SAFe, Scrum at Scale or LESS)
- Strong foundation in technical skills, fostering a culture of continuous delivery
- Ability to thrive in a fluid and dynamic environment with excellent organizational skills
- Strong ability to impact and influence without formal authority; confident, approachable, and able to deliver results by building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and networking skills, and comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization effortlessly
- Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills

**Nice to have**:

- Strong understanding and/or experience with DevOps and build pipelines in an enterprise environment
- Post-secondary degree in business or technology-related field
- Certification in at least one Agile designation is a plus (CSP, CTC, CEC, ICP-ACC, SPC)
