**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
As an Agile Coach, you will measure, coach, train, and mentor teams, leaders, and other stakeholders on implementing and maturing Agile-Lean principles and practices towards incrementally developing and delivering products and services that meet our business needs. You will also provide support for individual teams through objective guidance on how to deliver end-to-end value to our customers working in an efficient and effective Agile way; guiding improvement efforts to address skill, knowledge, culture, or team-mindset issues in alignment with our strategies; and to continuously share experiences and elevate our practices at the Bank towards, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Educate team members, enablers, and stakeholders and conduct training sessions to build trust, commitment, creativity, and mutual accountability between participants
- Coach and mentor doers and enablers, introducing thought provoking techniques (e.g., impact mapping and design thinking), tools, methods, practices, and concepts to amplify the opportunity of sharing knowledge and enhance interactions between business and technology
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to delivery team members requiring to elevate their cross-functional skillsets and autonomy abilities
- Work together with the Agile facilitators (i.e., Scrum Masters and Flow Masters) and supporting them to continuously improve teams’ health and productivity
- Facilitate, participate in, and support team activities, wherever applicable, such as:

- Capacity management
- Workflow visualization
- Throughput predictability
- Lead and facilitate workshops for team members to foster continuous improvement, build agreements, and promote a shared-understanding in alignment with business vision, roadmap, and dependencies with other value streams
- Implement and monitor metrics to gauge teams' efficiency, and effectiveness, by improving their capacity to identify and resolve causes of delay and building a sustainable model
- Identifying and enabling practice advocacy among team members
- Support the best use of existing tools and identify/create new ones, whenever required, to elevate Agile delivery capabilities
- Foster effective communications to reduce or eliminate waiting times with partner functions
- Help to accelerate the evolution of the Agile maturity of value streams
- In some instances, help to design and to implement strategies to improve organizational Agility

**DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS THAT WILL ENABLE YOU TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE? - WE'D LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering, business, information sciences, or other related fields
- 2+ years of Agile Coach experience and/or leading large cross-functional/cross-regional teams on major organizational projects
- 4+ years of experience as part of an agile delivery team or as Scrum Master and/or leading large cross-functional/cross-regional teams on major agile organizational initiatives
- Related Certifications will be considered as an asset
- Proven experience acting as Agile Coach in dynamic technical environments
- Deep knowledge of Agile-Lean principles and practices, and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments
- Technical experience with large scale software delivery
- Ability to enable distributed teams
- Passion for driving teams towards high performance and a deep pride in quality craftsmanship that delights users
- Capacity to read individual and group behaviours and to implement adapted practices to connect and influence people whilst elevating their capacity to collectively achieve business goals
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to distil technical details into human terms, in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent understanding of Agile-Lean approaches (Scrum, Kanban, BDD, etc.) and trending software technologies
