Telemarker/admin Assistant

Duties:
- Telemarketing/direct mail (Mailchimp): reaching out to new and existing customers to review our current offerings and promotions, keeping a daily log of calls and contacts made
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- File and organize documents and paperwork
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing
- Various clerical tasks as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
