Ironclad Properties Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager for our Winnipeg Market to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the property by providing a high-level experience for our tenants. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.

**What You Will Do**:

- Show available suites to potential tenants and assist in leasing procedures
- Be available to tenants for general inquiries about living in their suite, building and community
- Assign parking to tenants and monitor visitor parking spaces, perform Parking Audits
- Complete daily call log [calls received after normal business hours]
- Schedule and oversee suite cleaning for Move In/Move Out
- Work at the direction of the property manager to provide service and support to tenants
- Prepare Leasing Documents
- Oversee Lease Amendments
- Perform Parking Audits
- Processing POS Payments
- Posting receipts to tenant accounts
- Showing suites when applicable
- Scheduling move in/out inspections
- Move in/Out Inspections
- POS daily summary reporting
- Inspect grounds and facilities and report if repairs, preventative maintenance or cleaning is required to the Property Manager

**You Will Bring**:

- License or certification in Property Management is preferred
- Must be energetic and self-disciplined
- Must have good time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and property management software programs is required
- Must be flexible with schedule [evenings/weekends when required]
- Sales/ Customer service experience is an asset
