Service Coordinator

In this role, you’ll use your knowledge, charisma, facilitation, and accuracy capabilities to work with internal customers to build relationships, trust and ensure the organization is the industry leader.
In this role, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for items such as:
- Make outgoing calls to remind of appointments
- Take incoming calls for appointments, questions, phone transfers, etc.
- Calling customers when parts arrive (and maintain special ordered parts lists)
- Follow up calls to ensure our customers are taken care of
- Assist advisors with ordering parts and making appointments
- Make appointments in tire chalet site for install, as well as for tires that are being sent back
- Control online appointment bookings and block out time as needed
- Occasionally close repair orders
- Look after the courtesy car reservations, and general maintenance for the courtesy cars
- Monthly reports for management of opcode usage
- Scanning and Filing
