**COORDINATOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATIOR**
This position is an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator/Customer Service Admin to join our growing team at Ayrsonics Inc. Our team collaborates with architects and designers to provide solutions for acoustic and aesthetic needs.
**Responsibilities**:
This position is primarily responsible for order entry and client facing communication. This will include assisting in coordinating all internal and external documentation relating to our clients’ orders. The role will also require working directly with internal Engineering and Design teams to confirm key details of potential and active orders.
- Processing purchase orders and verifying account information from original quotes to work orders.
- Manage inbox folder; orders, sales, deals.
- Order entry and verifying orders.
- Ensure internal departments are provided with necessary information to maintain accurate and timely deliverables back to the client.
- Work with internal and external sales reps to relay critical information in a timely and professional manner to ensure projects are successful.
- Communicate directly, both verbally and written with clients to provide required information in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with additional functions related to the projects, providing shipping details such as requesting drawings, and providing project scheduling updates.
- Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Organization skills and attention to detail.
- Able to clearly communicate and collaborate verbally and in writing with multiple audiences in design, engineering, sales, and client environments.
- Able to multi-task, working on multiple projects concurrently.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Software background an asset.
- Experience in Microsoft Business Central an asset.
- Basic French language skills (verbal and written) considered an asset.
**Experience**:
- 3 years administration.
- Direct Client Relations: 5 years minimum.
- Post secondary education in a related field is an asset (architecture, engineering)
- Experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
