The Billing Administrator is an integral part of the LodgeLink FINOPS team and is responsible for Customer billing and booking cost of goods sold (COGS). You will have a keen eye for detail, working with our CSMs upstream to align customer billing expectations, handling clients account queries, reporting on any issues found during our billing processes, and working with the team to meet billing deadlines. Essential skills for this role include strong interpersonal and communication skills to build quality relationships with the team and with our internal stakeholders. **Duties and responsibilities**
- Invoice customers in a timely manner, and in line with MSA targets.
- Journal Voucher creation to book COGS data into the SAP business database while ensuring margins are within expected range.
- Daily review of BI reports to review any bookings under your customers.
- Pull Reporting data along with invoice submissions where required.
- Support customer queries and disputes in a timely and highly professional manner.
- Clearly communicate priorities and obstacles to the team and your supervisor - escalating any issues in a timely manner.
- Working with upstream Folio and Reconciling teams to ensure accuracy prior to billing.
- Support other accounting functions as required.
- Carry out other related month-end duties related to JV corrections or missed accruals.

**Qualifications**
- Background in accounting and bookkeeping would be considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, accountability.
- Working knowledge of Excel are required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s etc)
- Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Must have excellent communication, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build friendly and collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Must be fluent in English both oral and written.
