**Full time/Part time**: 6-month contract with the possibility to become permanent
**Location**: Remote

**Please note: This is not a salaried position; earnings are based on sales performance. Successful applicants will be on a contract with the option to become permanent after a 6-month period based on their sales record**.

- Acquire leads on their own and bring them to the company, then manage the account to upsell services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts while growing sales and presenting solutions to meet clients’ needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

**Qualifications**
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, and a desire to succeed.

**Benefits & Compensation**
- Competitive commission structure.
- First four (4) confirmed sales and new accounts within a month - 15% of each total sale before HST.
- Second four (4) confirmed sales and new accounts within a month - 20% of each total sale before HST.
- Any confirmed sales and new account over eight (8) first sales within a month - 25% of each total sale before HST.
