Responsibilities:

- Greet Customers, counter sales
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Maintaining organized filing system for paper and electronic documents
- Dealing with vendors/suppliers
- Ordering Material
- Creating work orders, quotes and invoicing
- Manage the quoting process including writing, reviewing and follow up
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries or complaints
- Provide customers with updates

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, and Quick Books
- Understanding of Social Media or similar apps
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
