**Position Title: Indigenous Wellness Provider - PCN**
**Department**: Indigenous Wellness and Health
**Hours**: Full-Time
**Hourly wage**: $25-28.63/hr

Working as part of the interdisciplinary VNFC Wellness Team and reporting directly to the Indigenous Lead (PCN), the Indigenous Wellness Provider (IWP) supports VNFC and Primary Care Network (PCN) clients to coordinate and access Indigenous practitioners, primary health care, social services, and specialized medical care. IWP provide support to Indigenous peoples in the Victoria and Western PCNs including Métis, Inuit, status and non-status First Nations. The IWP will work with people experiencing a range of barriers to care including being un-housed.
Our team includes people of all Indigenous identities; some who are close to their communities and others who are on a path to learn more about their heritage. In recognition of the importance of a lived understanding of Indigenous communities, history, values and culture, preference is given to Indigenous applicants. **Please self-identify in your cover letter.**
