**_ Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:_**
Within First 30 Days
- Learn the basics of BinSentry’s products, business model, processes, and customers
- Learn how to operate the Hubspot CRM system with great proficiency
- Begin resolving inbound customer tickets
Within First 60 Days
- Resolve incoming tickets with mínimal supervision, average 50/week
- Maintain average time to close of less than 7 days, working towards 5 days
- Management and Upkeep of BinSentry’s Help Center (Knowledge Base)
Within First 90 Days
- Support Customer Success and Sales Team with data requests and presentation materials
- Track and update customer account status and information in Hubspot for 75-100 accounts
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years of SaaS Customer Support experience delivering answers and solutions to customers
- AG Industry or Supporting a Hardware product are excellent bonuses
- Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot/Salesforce and Ticketing tools like ZenDesk
- Admin certifications are bonus
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn AgTech
**BinSentry is creating the Mill of the Future**
BinSentry is an Internet of Things (IoT) startup in the AgTech (agriculture technology) industry. Our sensors help monitor inventory for feed bins by predicting future consumption using deep learning and generating optimal shipping routes using genetic algorithms. We design, manufacture, and assemble our own hardware but we put a heavy focus on software services as well. Our software leverages the power of our sensor to automate numerous aspects of a feed mill; from ordering feed to delivering it. We offer both our hardware and software as a service (HaaS and SaaS).
**Is BinSentry remote?**
BinSentry has a flexible hybrid remote model; this position will be required to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
