As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the face of our branches, connecting with customers in a relatable way and helping them achieve their financial goals. Your proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests will be essential in providing a personalized experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing day-to-day transactions
  • Nurturing long-standing relationships with customers
  • Identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
  • Introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and assisting them in managing their banking needs

Success in this role requires:

  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent customer service
  • Uncovering and solving customers' needs
  • Explaining complex concepts simply
  • Demonstrating success in a target-based performance environment
