Position overview
This position plays a leading role in delivering content to stakeholders, designing or customizing courses to fit customer needs, and working with clients to ensure the greatest value is delivered. Facilitators must feel comfortable sharing aspects of their personal diversity dimensions during presentations and have the emotional capacity to engage with participants and discuss potentially challenging topics.
Those in this role will be expected to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks while ensuring their workload is regularly updated and reflected in their calendar and in the project management software. While much of the delivery will be virtual, the role will require 25+% travel within Canada for in-person delivery.

Qualifications Required
Post-secondary Degree in teaching, learning design, or related
Fluent in both French and English and comfortable presenting in both languages
Facilitation Experience - Ability to manage confrontation and difficult conversations professionally.
Emotional capacity to manage sensitive issues and ensure participants' psychological safety and confidentiality.
Written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) topics including anti-racism.
Experience in adult learning and instructional design.
Experience in business/management/professional services consulting environment
Project management experience
Previous experience interacting with or presenting to C-suite level.
Experience in people management is an asset.
Familiarity with eLearning tools (ie. Articulate 360, absorb LMS)

Les personnes occupant ce poste devront gérer plusieurs projets et tâches simultanés tout en veillant à ce que leur charge de travail soit régulièrement mise à jour et reflétée dans leur calendrier et dans le logiciel de gestion de projet. Bien qu'une grande partie de la prestation soit virtuelle, le poste nécessitera 25+% de déplacements au Canada pour la présentation en personne.

**Qualifications requises**:
Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais et à l'aise pout présenter dans les deux langes.
Diplôme postsecondaire en enseignement, en conception de l'apprentissage ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience de la facilitation - Capacité à gérer les confrontations et les conversations difficiles de manière professionnelle.
Capacité émotionnelle à gérer des questions sensibles et à assurer la sécurité psychologique et la confidentialité des participants.
Compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale.
Connaissance des sujets IDEA (inclusion, diversité, équité et accessibilité), y compris la lutte contre le racisme.
Expérience dans le domaine de l'apprentissage des adultes et de la conception pédagogique.
Expérience dans un environnement de conseil en affaires/gestion/services professionnels
