**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and organize data from various sources
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems
- Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Assist with order entry and inventory management

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to create and manipulate pivot tables
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Can pay cash
