The TDI Business Operations Controls (BOC) function is the cornerstone in the first (1B) of the three lines of defense model that TDBG utilizes for ensuring the effective management of risk.

Enterprise Controls Performance (part of BOC) is comprised of four teams covering Change Oversight, Special Initiatives, Business Continuity and Business Process Management.

To accelerate our strategy and planning agenda forward, this role will be dedicated to collaborating across 1A (Business), 1B (BOC) and Enterprise partners to develop our integrated Overall BOC Strategic Plan and leverage these relationships to manage, track and report on the execution.

The position also requires flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ad-hoc projects while balancing regular/routine priorities and contributing to overall team spirit and success.

**Job Requirements**
- Development and management of TDI BOC 1B Integrated Strategy
- Create communication material and present to executive audiences, engaging, managing and influencing cross-functional partners
- Play a key role in the development and implementation of automation strategies in support of the overall BOC business strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across TDI and Enterprise to help identify emerging risks and opportunities for strengthening our processes and control environment
- Establish a framework for oversight, tracking and reporting on Strategic Plan and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
- Development and management of forecasting & planning framework/tools ie: driver-based models by business pillar, FTE planning, productivity tracking, benefit realization and value measurement
- Support the fiscal business planning/forecasting cycle based on results as well as communicate monthly insights
- Develop and promote a culture of innovation and colleague development to create an environment dedicated to the future readying of colleagues' digital and agile skills
- Create a positive work environment and assume a prominent position on the leadership team by championing TDI’s mission, vision and shared commitments
- Lead ad hoc special initiatives as required

- Project and/or delivery management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) & MS Teams
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving business environment, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
- Knowledge of various project methodologies, including Agile, is an asset
